Cancellation is allowed before dispatch. Once items are dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
The time window for cancellation varies based on different categories, and the order cannot be cancelled once the specified time has passed.
In some cases, the customer may not be allowed to cancel the order for free after the specified time, and a cancellation fee will be charged. The details about the time window mentioned on the product page or order confirmation page will be considered final.
In case of any cancellation from the seller due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders. The refund amount will be credited to the buyer/customer’s account within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order.
Flexim Agro reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order. Flexim Agro also reserves the right to waive or modify the time window or cancellation fee from time to time.
If the return is requested, you will be eligible for a 100% refund, making your purchase safe. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
